1. Training - Fair Training Center (FTC) started a six month Capacity building program this May for two Philippine Agencies. This is to facilitate effective and efficient migration preparation training to outbound Filipino migrant workers. Training will include life skills and financial education that will help them become more successful with work and life abroad, while also protecting themselves from various forms of hazards and abuse brought about by migration. This training will enable these training centers to adapt what they have learned during training to their existing training curriculum. To effectively measure its success, FTCwill continue to monitor the delivery of these training programs and its graduates during the duration of their first contract.

2. Data Sharing - Fair Training Center has been actively monitoring and tracking its graduates after training, and has gathered significant amount of data since 2016.
